Engineering Team Lead

You will do:

Manage your team's professional growth, productive output, sprint capacity, and individuals' outlook & engagement Engage in hands-on development across full Software Development Life-cycle Collaboration with product to help define/influence feature roadmap and set engineering capability expectations Mentorship, coaching, and career guidance for your team and other RecordPointers Performance review input, management, review and communication, and documentation Act as an advocate for the team, as well as individuals Work with People and Culture to continuously engage and develop your team Collaborate with team to design and architect new products and features Provide guidance to team members on technical, career, and social issues About You:

The ability to lead a team of 4-6 software engineers in the delivery of high-quality products A Senior Software Engineer level of development skills, with experience developing highly secure and available cloud-based software Demonstrable ability to motivate self and engineers at all levels to achieve their career goals Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills Extensive experience crafting and building software using the latest delivery techniques A real passion for quality, clean code, and continuous improvement A strong understanding of architectural concepts and cloud-based solution design Some of the technologies and patterns we're working on:

.NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Python, Angular 7+ and Typescript Distributed systems, microservices, Machine Learning, event streaming Continuous Delivery & DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless, Azure Search, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Terraform, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hubs Required experience:

Experience with large scale distributed systems Experience with microservice-based architectures Deep knowledge of the Microsoft .NET stack Knowledge of Component-based frontend development (Angular, React, Vue.js) Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code Experience with Azure or AWS Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Java, and Go Why RecordPoint?
