Role Responsibilities Co-Manufacturing & Distributor Management

Over-arching governance of the local S&OP process and supporting forecasting processes with SBF Delivery of the Innovation commercialisation process and successful execution of key new product deliveries to market on time in full Management of Beam Suntory's in-market customer service and inventory strategies in line with global DRP and Fulfillment expectations Delivery of supply chain productivity initiatives to drive out cost and deliver value to the Oceania business unit Strategic Leadership & People Leadership

The role will form part of the Oceania leadership team. In conjunction, the role will sit on the Asia Pacific Supply Chain Fulfillment leadership team, working closely with the Senior Director, Supply Chain Fulfillment APAC and peers in other business units within APAC to help set the Fulfillment strategy and operational execution of that strategy in the region. The role will manage the Oceania supply chain team which is made up of a combination of direct and matrix reports Project Sponsorship and Execution

Over the next two year period, the role will represent Beam Suntory as the local sponsorship lead to the Supply Chain and Planning & IBP programs of work, responsible for helping set the strategy and project delivery in line with Beam Suntory's expectations The role will specifically sponsor the following program workstreams: Greenfield Manufacturing Logistics Quality Procurement Planning & IBP Qualifications The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain Management in a mature Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) environment and with direct experience leading teams across key 'Plan' (Demand, Supply, Distribution Requirements Planning, Inventory) and 'Deliver' pillars (Logistics, Customer Service, Customer Supply Chain). The candidate should also have a solid understanding of Beverage Manufacturing, Quality and New Product Commercialisation processes. Ideally, the candidate would have a proven track record leading for major supply chain and/or enterprise transformational change with a strong background in Project Management capabilities. Preferably, the candidate will have a background in the Spirits industry within the Australia or New Zealand marketplace, however, broader regional experiences are also welcomed as well as backgrounds in broader alcoholic beverage, non-alcoholic beverage and FMCG industries. The candidate will have broad business and commercial acumen to support their supply chain skill set and will have a proven track record working effectively in high performing cross functional leadership teams. It would be advantageous for the candidate to have working experiences in SAP ERP systems. Mobility - the candidate would need to be able to travel up to a maximum of 20% of their time, both domestically and internationally. Languages - the candidate would need to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
