At ING, the Mortgages Tribe is responsible for driving the end to end performance of the mortgages business through development of a clear strategy, and working collaboratively with all areas of the business to drive cross functional execution of this strategy.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Mortgages Tribe! As a key member of the Mortgages Tribe, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of assigned mortgage credit projects

What You'll Do Facilitate collaboration across all relevant stakeholders , to ensure projects are delivered meeting agreed objectives, project success criteria and quality standards Effectively manage project scope, schedule, budget, deliverable quality, workforce planning, procurement, stakeholders, integration and risks/issues Ensure the appropriate project management methodologies/techniques to successfully deliver projects Work proactively with all parts of the Business, to ensure that stakeholders expectations are managed and needs are met Provide accurate and timely communication of project status, risks and issues to stakeholders, escalating appropriately Adhere to all ING policies and complete all mandatory training requirements. Maintain an open and transparent culture by reporting all incidents. What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in Project Management (essential) Strong understanding of Credit Risk, Operational Risk and data requirements supporting Risk modelling and decisioning (desired) Strong budgeting and financial forecasting, problem solving and analytical skills Great stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels What's in it for you?
