Our
Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA)
team within
Deals
helps clients understand and quantify the value of businesses and the implications of investment choices on value throughout the lifecycle of a business. We deliver valuations of businesses, shares and financial instruments to support regulatory requirements, commercial decision making, a transaction or to comply with legislation, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results.
And we're looking for a
Senior Manager
to take our team to the next level, as we assist our clients to make better based business decisions and provide commercial insights within our vast community of solvers. This role is available in any of our national CVA offices
Use the know-how you've gained in previous valuations roles to grow our CVA expertise. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of opportunities to create change. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team leadership abilities will get a workout. As a leader in CVA, you'll make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in corporate valuations, you'll be part of a team solving, managing and delivering valuations on client engagements across a wide range of industries. You'll also use your CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance or similar qualifications to provide valuations of businesses, shares and financial instruments in the context of:financial reporting and tax related valuations including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and private equity funds, impairment testing and employee share schemesvaluation advice in the context of a transaction including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis and capital managementindependent Expert Reports or Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding the terms of proposed transactionsportfolio business reviews to identify improved business performance and investment analysis to better inform key investment choicesCore to your role will be liaising directly with clients, coordinating with Partners to manage engagements and coaching a team of talented staff to ensure the highest level of service delivery to some of Australia's most iconic clients.
