Job Description No of years' experience  5+ years Detailed job description - Skill Set: ·          Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in mining projects. ·          Experience in Transition to Operations processes and general Operations readiness experience is essential. ·          Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate with clients, teams and other stakeholders in technical and non-technical language    ·          Business acumen and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships    ·          Well versed in planning, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and workshops relating to Transition to Ops. Mandatory Skills ·          A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is mandatory ·          Experience of managing Transition to Operations processes in the mining domain.
