We support all types and sizes of businesses to acquire and effectively manage their vehicles, with over 93,000 vehicles currently under management.  We also help everyday Australians to maximise their salary by administering employee benefit programs and help them to get into the car of their dreams.   Who we're looking for: To provide high level organisational and administrative support for the FleetPartners Executive Leadership Team, with diary management, general day to day ad hoc tasks and to streamline general procurement requirements across all Australian offices.   What you'll be doing: Provide support to ELT Provide direct day-to-day support to Executive Leadership Team including but not limited to diary and email management, document preparation and event coordination. Organise and manage Executive Team meetings, special events and actions logs. Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software. Conduct checks of documents and submissions to ensure accuracy and quality presentation. Liaise with the business and external parties on behalf of  ELT. Build relationships within the business & external parties. Co-ordinate travel. Expense reconciliation.   Office Management Oversee general office management in conjunction with the Charter Hall Team and external suppliers. Streamline office procurement in alignment with internal policies and commitments. Assist the Group with event and employee initiative coordination. Requirements Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. Exceptional written and oral communication skills Experience as an Executive Assistant and/or in Office Management and Procurement. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
