Position: Specialist, Business Support AdministratorLocation: SC Johnson & Son Pty Ltd, 160 Epping Road, Lane Cove West, NSW 2066Salary range: $70,000-$80,000 plus SuperannuationApplications close: 11th May 2024 The Business Support Administrator is pivotal in providing high quality business, facilities, and project administration to the Australian operation. This person is not only the welcoming face of the business for visitors to the Lane Cove site and staff within the organisation, but also supports all service streams offered by the ANZ Administration team.About the Role:In this busy role you will -Undertake the administration of organisational programs, special projects, front office management and support servicesRespond to enquiries and resolve problems concerning assigned projects and day to day operation of the Lane Cove siteOversee work performed by contractors and report variations on work orders to managementManage paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided onsite including reconciliation of purchase orders in line with projected budgets and managing invoicing against budget.Vendor management for new vendors and vendor changes in SAP, based on current projects and site needs, including building relationships with vendors and managing appropriate documentation.Work with key stakeholders to collect and analyse projects and report on outcomes.Identify, provide analysis, and take steps to materialise potential cost savings through sustainable continuous improvement and process efficienciesManage payroll deductions for staff, including maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of all payments at the end of the monthWhat You'll Bring:Relevant work experience of +3 years in a corporate or project administration roleInterface and build relationships with multiple levels and functions internal and external to the organisationHigh degree of initiative and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skillsProficient with Microsoft Office suiteBusiness or project administration qualifications highly regardedExperience with SAP or other Purchase Order processing softwareProven customer service experienceFull time, Monday to Thursday to 5pm, Friday to 4pmDriver's licenseBe Covid 19 VaccinatedWhat You'll Get in Return: SC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
