About the Role:An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Transport Officer within the Watto Purrunna Aboriginal Health Service.As a Transport Officer you will provide a confidential, high quality and accessible transport support service across the NALHN region, supporting the delivery activities of Watto Purrunna. Key responsibilities of this role include: maintaining, collating and coordinating daily transport booking requestsmonitoring and maintaining vehicle maintenance and cleaning schedule for all Watto Purrunna fleet vehiclesmaintaining vehicle log booksproviding high quality, professional customer servicedetermining client needs and providing appropriate information in a sensitive, courteous and confidential manner In accordance with Sections 30 (1), 52(1) and 103(1) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 only applicants of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent may apply.Appointment will be subject to a valid unrestricted South Australian Drivers Licence (Class C).The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working including part-time.
