About the ANZ Graduate Program As an ANZ Graduate, you'll be rotating through 3 roles in different areas within your chosen division at ANZ. Experience a mix of skills development, regular one-on-one coffee catch ups and plenty of iterations with other graduates as well as some senior people across ANZ that you'll love to learn from. Work on a graduate project in the first 12 months. You'll be supported by a project sponsor and a project coach but it'll be your project to deliver, or fail to deliver... And that's okay too, because we celebrate failures as we encourage you to fail fast and fail often because that is how you learn! You don't need a banking or finance background to join ANZ - we're constantly collaborating on exciting projects, so we need people who can work well in a team, are strongmunicators, enjoy putting forward ideas and can deliver at pace. You don't have to know everything and have all the answers, we're all one big team looking at how we can solve some pretty tricky problems.
