The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, your main responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary contact for commercial inquiries from Sales and Account Management, addressing pricing, margins, and service level questions. Build Commercial and Pricing models. Mentor or manage (depending on experience) a team of two Commercial Analysts, with potential for team expansion in the future. Implement best practices within the Commercial Team, including refining pricing templates and improving analytical accuracy. Assess and enhance margins and commercial outcomes within the existing client portfolio, collaborating closely with Procurement and Account Owners. Collaborate with the Sales Division to develop strategic pricing models for winning new business. Evaluate the commercial viability of new business opportunities in partnership with the Sales Division. Creating performance dashboards and KPI trackers such as DIFOT. Your Skills & Experience Prior experience in 4PL Logistics and as a Commercial Analyst/Manager. Ability to work with large sets of data. Ability to effectively support Sales & Account Management as a commercial business partner. Proficient in advanced Excel for developing user-friendly commercial templates. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Comfortable operating in a dynamic start-up environment with limited processes. Deadline-oriented with experience working with senior stakeholders. Capable of both independent and team-based work. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
