The business supports hybrid working with most employees working 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home.The RoleThis purpose of this role is to support the Payroll Manager / Time & Attendance team towards the tail end of an implementation project. They have a close-knit environment that share similar values around inclusivity, superior customer service, learning/development, and a dedicated work ethic. This is a busy role that will require someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of working with such large volumes. Located in the inner South Eastern suburbs the business offers 2 days WFH each week.You will be responsible for:Time and Attendance Support:Working with Payroll and P&C, maintain organisational structure integrity within Workforce Dimensions and HCM and related employee data as required.Maintain Workforce Dimensions/HCM configuration in line with EBA's and Awards asCreate and maintain user access asPerform data audits and business process audits on a periodical basis for compliance andSupport development of test scenarios specific to system improvements, enhancements and new functionality and complete user acceptance testing.Facilitate change and configuration enhancements, effectively plan and manage communication of the changes to impacted stakeholders.Support leaders, managers and team members to embrace change and manage through the transition from current to future state.Support the time and attendance team by providing expert knowledge and problem solving skills.· analysis as required to provide solutions for issues identified.· the Workforce Dimensions/UKG SME, provide functional and technical support to the stakeholders across the group· manage and escalate technical issues as required to Kronos Customer Support.Problem Management· Perform analysis as required to provide solutions for issues identified.· As the Workforce Dimensions/UKG SME, provide functional and technical support to the stakeholders across the group· Track, manage and escalate technical issues as required to Kronos Customer Support.Vendor ManagementAct as the Primary Contact between the organisation and UKG for support matters and consultancy - including Tracking, Managing and escalating technical issues and Consulting pieces of work, as required to UKG Customer Support.Benefits Realisation· Support activities associated with benefits realisation, to ensure continual accrual of benefits can be achieved and measured.Training and Documentation· Support upskilling of people leaders to ensure system accuracy across time and attendance and HCM· Design and generate reports and dashboards where required· Update and maintain end user, technical user, system configuration documents and standard operating procedures and policies as required.Project Implementation· Support requirement gathering and project workshops as required.· Support development of test scenarios and complete user acceptance testing.· Attend all system training sessions facilitated by Kronos during project implementation.· Participate in project team meetings where required.· Work closely with the Project Manager and Change Manager to support the successful implementation of the system.· Provide advice as the subject matter expert on time and attendance solutions.· Attend internal meetings and provide guidance where required.· Work closely with payroll to ensure on time and accurate payment to team members.Your ProfileThis role is well suited to an ambitious Time & Attendance or Payroll specialist who wants to grow their career. You will ideally have had strong exposure to Kronos & Time / Attendance in prior roles. Any project related & vendor management would be highly advantageous.A great attitude is a must, you will be joining a highly successful team environment that will hold you accountable to delivering to a high standard.
