Candidates are invited to apply for the role of Product Support Manager in the Technology and Digital Services Unit. This exciting and challenging role will lead the product and application support function to ensure currency, availability, reliability of application software, and maximum utility to support business outcomes. You will also ensure support activities are conducted in timely, efficient and cost effective manner. With relevant tertiary qualifications, you will have experience in leading a team, an understanding of systems development life cycle and delivering functionality, and fixes within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodology. You will also have significant experience in IT service management with direct business engagement across multiple technology domains, and high pressure environment. Advanced .Net programming experience and strong communication skills as well as the ability to work outside of business hours when necessary are also essential.
