Want to be a part of our team?As our new Senior Product Manager, you will be a key part of our product management team. This position will share responsibility for all aspects of the Managed Employee Experience service offer including:-Microsoft managed services -Collaboration & communication managed services-Meeting Room & Modern Workspace managed servicesThe Sr Product Manager will be responsible for ideating, researching, specifying, validating, and ultimately delivering major functionalities for all parts of our Managed Employee Experience. You will be responsible to build new offer and continuously improve in flight service. You will work with your Product Manager peers in the team for the global go to market. The candidate we are looking for will be working directly with our Product Management, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales teams, who are all driving forward with their own roadmaps and commitments but will be depending on you for expert knowledge and guidance. You will start by owning part of the Managed Employee Experience product scope and grow into taking full ownership of all parts of our flagship product.Working at NTTCentral tasks as Product Manager in our division (Managed Network Collaboration Services/ Digital Collaboration Services) will include:Launch new offer to market, improve existing offer.Conducting customer and market research to identify potential product features.Prioritizing potential features to maximize business outcomes.Working with our designers and engineers to determine the technical feasibility of candidate features.Writing user stories and requirements.Understand and work on your offer cost to set competitive pricing policiesWorking with our project managers to move features from ideation through delivery. Providing subject matter expertise to our, Commercial, Pre-Sales, Pro Services and Support teamsSupporting our worldwide sales team to help them qualify and close deals.Providing content, insight, and c analysis to our product marketing team.Subjects Matter ExpertiseMicrosoft : To be successful in this role, you will need to be, or become, the recognized subject-matter expert in your part(s) of the M workload. Having experience with managing Office , Microsoft , or major subsystems (Intune, SharePoint Online, etc) for an enterprise with seats or more, or significant service delivery, consulting, and architecture experience with Office or Microsoft will be fundamental to succeed in this role.Managed Services subject expertise. We are using ITIL methodology, and we deliver our solutions based on ITSM sophisticated platform. An expertise in the customer experience through a managed service portal is required.The core of our service is still focused on client in digital transformation moving away from on premise Unified Communication to Cloud Based solution with Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Cisco Webex. The candidate must have proven expertise in this area of calling, meeting business.To become an AI subject matter expertise, AI will be a source of new managed services within the M practice but also will be used for the overall cost efficiency of our offer delivery.Business MindsetThe candidate we are looking for must be knowledgeable in business development and have a strong commercial judgment and understanding from working with large enterprises, either in product development, sales, support, or consulting. The successful candidate will show a record of being able to understand market and commercial conditions and make well-informed business decisions. Key to SuccessThe Product Manager will have two main objectives: Launch new innovative service to complement our Managed Services offersGrow and expand our Managed Services business and market shareSkills SummaryCustomer Relationship Management (CRM), Emerging Technologies, Market Analysis, Project Management, Quality Assurance (QA), Service Design ThinkingWhat will make you a good fit for the role?People SkillsProduct development is a team sport, and the candidate we are looking for has strong communication and interpersonal skills and knows how to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and get things done in a distributed global organization.Language and international mindsetWe use English as our preferred language, and being fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role. NTT is an international company the Product Manager must also be comfortable working with global teams and across multiple time zones and could travel internationally.BackgroundWe are looking for a candidate with solid technical background.
