The JV Recruitment Labour Hire Team in Brisbane growing! We're seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our highly experienced Labour Hire Team in Brisbane. This role is an exciting one as you'll sync in with the existing team and hit the ground running with all the hustle and bustle associated with Construction labour hire. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and seeing positive results from your hard work, make sure to read on… The Role Working in a well-organised Labour Hire team, you'll be focusing on resourcing and filling jobs within the Queensland Construction sector. These jobs will be casual roles for various construction projects around the state.You will also be required to source opportunities to provide recruitment solutions to a thriving client base, utilising your recruitment knowledge to grow our current talent pool. The delivery of service we expect and conduct separates us as one of Australia's leading Construction Labour Hire businesses, a service that gets work done right! Duties include: - Hunting for the best available candidates across multiple platforms- Screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates that meet JV standards- Developing long-term relationships with candidates- Create and advertise job adverts via a range of media/job boards- Liaising with clients to confirm job orders and role briefs- General administration- Provide your expertise when consulting with candidates and clients- Assisting with training new members of the teamBased in Milton, you will be heavily focused on building strong relationships with candidates and identifying the best available talent for multiple labour-hire roles. You will liaise with Internal Account Managers and external Site and Project Managers to ensure that they are satisfied with the quality of our candidates being supplied.
