SAIDHS is the state-wide health service for adults with intellectual disabilities and complex care needs. The SAIDHS Clinical Nurse Mental Health works in collaboration with the patient, their family, carers, NDIS providers, community clinicians, and other members of the SAIDHS interdisciplinary team, to effectively plan and provide healthcare services for people with intellectual disabilities. Working out of a community-based setting at Ingle Farm, the Clinical Nurse Mental Health provides clinical assessment and support in collaboration with SAIDHS clinicians and liaises with GPs and other primary health care providers.To be eligible for this position, you mustESSENTIAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducational/Vocational Qualifications Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
