Business Officer (Data & Systms Analyst), Transport And Main Roads

In the role of Business Support Officer (Data and Systems Analyst) you will be responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of HCL Notes (Lotus Notes) systems, DocTrak and Briefing Note Database, reporting environments and associated applications, and the provision of technical, troubleshooting and process support services and training within TMR.Some of your responsibilities will include:• Assist with the preparation and compilation of various document and system performance monitoring reports using Cognos Suite of Reports and excel• Deliver information and training to key stakeholders relating to the development and use of DocTrak and Briefing Note Database.• Monitor and assist with troubleshooting issues and administration of DocTrak groups using Service Centre Online.• Maintain the intranet site using SharePoint Business Administration functions, including coding and web parts.• Contribute and assist the Senior Advisor (Data and Systems Analyst) during the development and implementation of business projects.• Assist in the development of new business proposals to resolve business issues, with consideration of industry trends and best practice.• Assist in the development of project proposals, plans and associated project planning documents.• Develop and support project team members to contribute to project deliverables and outcomes.• Participate in consultation activities with clients and stakeholders in the development of business requirements.• Work closely with ICT professionals to ensure designed systems reflect business requirements.• Other general administrative duties and ad hoc requests as required.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Job Ad Reference: QLD/557772/24Closing Date: Friday, 26 April 2024
