I.T. Support Engineer

Support Engineer to join our growing I.T team.   Flexible working hours/working arrangements Complimentary daily lunches Free Gym Membership   The focus for this role will be to execute Installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance activities and to improve reliability of equipment. Proactively identify potential opportunities to improve reliability of equipment and recommend actions through communication with the customer thereby contributing to service growth.   Key duties include: Diagnose technical problems, determine, and implement corrective actions Execute service activities for the business on time within budget with quality and focus on safety Proactively identify and participate in performance improvements within the business to enhance operations Maintain software and hardware asset inventories Support broader IT teams by assisting in successful delivery of IT projects Respond promptly to service requests to minimise equipment downtime Conduct scheduled maintenance to optimise equipment performance and reduce breakdowns Support new system installations, configuration and commissioning Maintain accurate records and configuration details for installations and projects   What you will need to be considered: 5+ years of related IT business work experience in a similar environment ITIL Incident Management and Service Delivery qualification Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent Customer service and problem-solving skills Strong Office 365 knowledge and experience Sound Microsoft Intune knowledge and experience Sound Networking skills- CCNA certification would be an advantage Experience in supporting POS solutions Tertiary education in an IT related discipline   Apply Now!   To learn more about West HQ visit  www.westhq.com.au
