Send your responses to ****** Overview The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading customer engagement, process modelling and implementation of approved customer workflows and data designs within capabilities managed and delivered within Enterprise Technology System Program Office (ETSPO). They will also be responsible for guiding the delivery team, as a Product Owner/Manager, to ensure customer requirements and priorities are well understood and expectations on both sides are appropriately managed. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for supporting the deployment of ICT systems and sub-systems under ETSPO, including testing and acceptance activities. Every application requires to address selection criteria as part of application submission Essential Criteria Lead engagements to gather, document, communicate and manage business processes, requirements interpretation and user interface preferences. Translate moderately complex logical designs into physical designs within project delivered software solutions. Assist in the development and management of a prioritised schedule of work. Work with customers to ensure applications are fit for purpose, tested and accepted. Codification of developed knowledge to enable knowledge transfer to ASD contractors and employees. Desirable Criteria Experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence and Insight. Experience in the Intelligence community preferred.
