What you'll do: Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the planning process for Real Estate including 3-year forecast and budget planAssist in the preparation of business case analysis to support investment in identified workplace initiativesArticulate total commitment, P&L impact vs (budget, base case and options) for all major projects/initiatives (strategic and non-strategic)Oversee premises cost allocation model and oversight of Capital Works Budget Financial Performance Management: Ensure the Procurement & Real Estate business strategy and priorities are clearly documentedAssess progress against financial and operational targets and highlight performance opportunities, risks and areas for improvementManage reporting which highlights performance against key performance measures and financial and operational targets.
