Those who are appointed to this prestigious specialisation will be expected to successfully drive educational excellence within the university's teaching and learning communities. Skills and ExperienceLevel B: A PhD in a related discipline, and/or relevant professional experience in asset, facilities, and property managementA record of actively staying up to date with disciplinary knowledge and developments in asset, property, and facilities managementDemonstrated experience engaging with professional bodies, and the broader industry, in relation to asset, property, and facilities managementExperience in course design and delivery using a range of pedagogical approaches, at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.Experience of implementing educational technologies and online delivery methods (desired)Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellenceEvidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skillsKnowledge of health & safety (psychosocial and physical) responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
