We work with clients, their families and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans to ensure your client is living their life to the fullest! You have a strong work ethic and are confident working independently and in community settings. Benefits Multiple opportunities exist for a speech pathologist to join our team Flexibility to shape your caseload Fully mobile so not tied to an office Desired Experience Experience working with participants on the NDIS Experience writing quality reports Experience working with dysphagia, complex needs, non-verbal communication and alternative communication methods Responsibilities: Conducting quality assessments and providing therapy services to participants in a range of community contexts Working with participants receiving services under the NDIS Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals Advocating for the needs of your clients Writing reports for NDIS reviews Role Requirements: Degree in speech pathology Current Speech Pathology Australia membership Own transport and drivers licence Police check Working with children check NDIS worker Screening check Proven ethical and professional qualities A high level of independent organizational skills The ability to work independently ABN
