Pega Lead Business Architect(Lba)

We are looking for a Pega Lead Business Architect(LBA) for a Melbourne-based Banking project. This is a long-term contract role with a global IT service leader. Responsibilities Work hands-on with clients to design and develop, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, and design workshops Lead and manage the development of Pega solutions with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff in the development of Pega solutions Assess and recommend architecture solutions in alignment with client needs and best practices Develop roadmaps, project timelines, and solutions that meet clients' expectations and project goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects Ensure that project documentation is accurate, timely, and meets quality standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience with Pega technology including Pega 7.x and/or 8.x platform experience Experience as a Lead/Senior Business Architect in previous projects Strong understanding of design patterns and component-based design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Professional certification in Pega technology is preferred but not required Benefits About Us Zone IT Solutions is Australia based Recruitment Company.
