Job DescriptionReporting to the Western Australia Operations Manager, the Kiosk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of a team of Field Site Attendant's to ensure that TOMRA assets in the field are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality at all times.You will be responsible for maintaining a strong, customer focussed relationships with our partners (shopping centres who host the installations) and support with resolving any operational, safety issues that arise in relation to the RVM Kiosk or Reverse Vending Centre's. As this role is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiencies of TOMRA assets and managing landlord relationships, this role does involve extensive travel throughout southern Western Australia. Some of the other duties you will perform as an Kiosk Supervisor:Provide ongoing assistance, guidance, and coaching support to Field Site Attendants, and stakeholdersComplete regular site evaluation reports to be shared with contractors and employees for the purpose of developing strategies for improvementsReceive and resolve customer complaintsLiaise with site stakeholders regularly to build a positive relationship, promptly address concerns, and provide activity updates Prevent any material loss and curb any potential fraudulent behaviour through detection and reportingQualificationsWhat makes a great Kiosk Supervisor at TOMRA:Cert IV Frontline Manager or equivalent experienceCert IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent experiencePrevious experiencing Supervising & leading teamsExcellent communication and customer service skillsCurrent drivers license and access to a vehicle Additional InformationDoes this sound like you?!
