Job Description: As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility within our retail channels. Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing trade marketing plans and promotional strategies to drive product sales and meet revenue targets. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Creating compelling marketing collateral, POS materials, and sales tools to support retail partners and enhance brand presence at the point of sale. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners to maximize product visibility and promotional opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives and seamless integration with overall marketing campaigns. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the retail industry. Strong understanding of retail channels, merchandising principles, and promotional strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
