We're seeking passionate Staff & Senior Staff Full Stack Engineers to join our cutting-edge DevSecOps environment, where you'll collaborate with top talent to drive forward our mission of revolutionizing the financial technology landscape.As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, implement industry-leading security measures, and contribute to the development of groundbreaking solutions that empower businesses and transform the way financial services are delivered.We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office. Talk to us about how these arrangements might work for you. We're interested in hearing from people who:Have a passion for designing, developing and deploying high quality software solutions and System Design.Are familiar with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on excellent User Experience, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure cloud pipelines, logging and monitoring.Have ability to think outside the box and break boundaries to solve complex problems.Contributes to a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed.Have a natural drive to educate, communicate and positively influence various stakeholder groups including C-Suite executives.Supporting deployments across our Azure and AWS (Amazon Web Services) environments through our continuous delivery pipelines.Can coach & mentor junior engineers, share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices.Can perform code quality control through peer programming, code review and automated pipeline release management.Tech Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:Must HaveExperience in developing 3-tier application both on-premises and on cloud covering:Frontend: React and Redux (Preferred) or Angular.Backend: .Net Core (preferred), C# or Java.Database: SQL and NoSQL experience (both admin and usage).Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform is essential.Expertise in design and implementation of Microservices to deliver highly scalable APIs is essential.Must have expertise in at least one scripting/programming language (i.e., JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python).Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity or Jenkins.Automated Quality Engineering and Testing (Selenium, JMeter, Postman).Proficiency and strong attention to detail with Application Security.It would be highly advantageous to be skilled in: Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with Observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, New Relic etc.).Working with us: Whether you're passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with us is for you.
