We are searching for a Senior Network Engineer to join their expanding business, operating within the Wealth Management space.
Job Description This position is responsible for maintaining multiple LAN//WAN networks for the organization, including routers, switches and firewalls. Maintain the design, installation, upgrades and documentation of respective networks.A key area will also be cloud technologies, particularly utilising AWS connectivityDesign and coordinate circuit installs and perform related network changes in support of routing new traffic to required hostsGood knowledge of Network Security - vulnerability assessment tools and forensics.Maintain documentation of network configurations and data center layoutsResearch and implement new network technologies as required to support growing business needs.Work with both internal and external customers to troubleshoot and repair network issues.Regular attendance at the workplace in a hybrid WFH / office environment may be requiredPerforms other related duties as required or requested. Work Experience A minimum of 3 years of networking experienceExtensive knowledge of Cisco switches and switch configuration.F5 Load balancer experience (LTM/APM/ASM/GTM) is essentialExperience with Data Center racking, cabling and connectivityKnowledge of Cisco firewall device configuration.Any exposure to AWS or Azure is well regardedExperience with Fortigate/Fortinet and Checkpoint firewallsKnowledge of network troubleshooting principles.This is a great opportunity to join a very exciting business going through an amazing amount of growth in Australia.
