The Enrolled Nurse provides direct patient/client centred nursing care to assigned patients/clients, within the scope of practice of an enrolled nurse and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/midwife to achieve planned patient outcomes.

The team: You will be supported by a team of one CNE, 6 ANUM's, several Grade 4 RN,s and a mixture of Grade 2 & 3 nurses as wellOur unit is a busy 6 bed Coronary Care Unit, with 2:1 patient ratioYou will benefit from a supportive learning environment, great orientation program, and ongoing educationDetails of Appointment Permanent, part time, shift-worker position working 12hours per fortnight, commencing from 21 April 2024

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.Salary:$68,913 - $75,902per annum pro rata.Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

Salary range is in accordance withNurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023 and Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Interim Agreement 2013Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse (holds a Board-approved qualification in administration of medicines)
