About the role: Home Instead Gold Coast & Northern Rivers is seeking a dynamic & experienced Client Experience Manager to join the team based in Ashmore.

This role will be responsible for managing the client experience team to ensure the business achieves required outcomes and growth.The Client Experience Manager will also be responsible for ensuring quality standards and compliance are throughout the business while developing and implanting strategies for efficiency of care.

Birthday Day OffDynamic team environmentExciting Social EventsA rewarding career where you can make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families.Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Home Care Standards for all client care plans, reviews, and ongoing care.Manage the Client Experience Team to ensure client care services are of a consistently high standard.Maintain documentation for external parties such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety CommissionIdentify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the care servicesQualifications & experience Care Management experience within aged care Knowledge and experience of community-based care and support servicesPrevious experience leading & managing a teamExperience in identifying, coordinating, and managing care services for home care clients (aged or disability)Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care servicesHighly efficient and organised with proven time management skillsAble to lead, positively motivate and facilitate the professional development of client care performance team within the Home Instead Inner East office.Applicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
