To provide support and oversight to the greater frontline WC-SO business to ensure delivery against business strategy and maintain a world class experience for our customers.

Work directly with the (COM) and Payment Services Managers in the day-to-day oversight of the WC-SO operating rhythmsProvide support and input into the development of stakeholder matrix to support consistent engagement across the business and then maintain and update matrix as requiredProvide support and input into the identification of system and process improvements and assist in the development of theseAssist in the development and preparation of high-quality documents including briefings, reports, submissions and audit responsesAssist in the establishment and maintenance of processes and systems to collect and analyse business performance information, analysing and interpreting information to identify current or emerging trends and issues, and provide initial advice on sameCo-ordinate Collections Operations Meetings. This will include Chairing the meeting in the absence of the OMAssist in the identification, design and development of continual learning/training programs for Collections OperationsManage and direct workflow between Customer Support Centre, Payment Services and Underwriting Service OperationsSkills & Experience Well-developed workflow coordination skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsCoaching and mentoring skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement - all levels of a businessA broad range of experience in business administrative and analytical supportExperience in a operational or project roleSome Workers Insurance Underwriting knowledge an advantageCulture We know our strength comes from the diversity of our people and would encourage people with different experiences and backgrounds to apply.
