As our Business Relations and Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building lasting relationships and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

The Role: As our Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our day- to-day operations ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our Strata and commercial clients. This is an office-based role with key responsibilities including:

Invoicing and job management for Strata and commercial clients.Communication and reporting to Strata managers, building managers, and customers.Quality assurance and job reviews, providing forward direction.Generating quotes based on trade notes.Stock management and overseeing programmedmaintenance and compliance.Liaising with tradespeople and supporting the Office Manager.Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Be the friendly face and the reassuring voice that our clients love. Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through regular check- ins, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.New Client Acquisition: Put on your networking hat and hit the ground running to scout for potential clients. From cold calls to attending industry events, your charm and industry knowledge will be the secret sauce in expanding our clientele.Industry Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping tabs on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Your insights will fuel our strategic decisions and keep us at the forefront of the plumbing and gas industry.Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from lead generation to project completion. Your ability to communicate effectively and bridge different departments will be key to our success.Problem-Solving: When hiccups arise (because let's face it, they always do), be the calm in the storm and the solution- oriented superhero our clients can rely on. Whether it's addressing concerns or troubleshooting issues, your resourcefulness will save the day.Ideal Candidate: Knowledgeable in the plumbing/building industry, ideally a qualified plumber, Strata Manager, Facilities Manager, Building Manager, or Builder seeking a less stressful, off-the- tools role.Open to motivated individuals with less experience, willing to learn and grow with us.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Drive and ambition to excel in both client relations andoperational efficiency.Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule: 40 hours per week with RDOs
