About the role

This role is part of our client services team which pays an integral role in the delivery of AGS's market development and client relationships support. As the Client Services Systems Manager you would be responsible for:

managing, client-related systems such as InterAction (CRM), website (GovCMS), electronic surveys and event management developing innovative solutions to business issues, system and business-process issues resolution, continuous improvement and adapting to the evolving business environmentmanaging a variety of projects and ensuring key deadlines are met vendor contract and relationship managementwriting and maintaining system documentation. About you

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

understanding how to deliver a technical solution to meet business needsexcellent attention to detail and stakeholder liaison skillsthe ability to manage multiple tasks at oncea client service mindsetstrong communication skills and a professional approachhighly developed leadership skills, including collaboration and remaining calm under pressure.The successful applicant will also have extensive technical IT experience and knowledge (practical and theoretical) in some combination of web, design and publishing software, client relationship management systems, marketing distribution systems and content management systems. Relevant tertiary qualifications in computing or information technology-related areas are highly desirable.
