What you'll do: The Private Label Supply Lead, supports the achievement of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Wholesale Division's purpose in improving our total customer experience, through maximising service and reliability of API's own branded products for Clear Skincare, Pharmacy and Priceline partners, clinics and stores.

The responsibilities for this role include:  Ownership of the monthly 'Supplier to Private Label' DC purchase order process, from obtaining the updated forecast, order creation, purchasing sign off, adhering to commercial and service per performance targets, and ordering system adjustments Responsibility for internal DC-DC transactions and stock level management for Private Label range Ownership of management of PO deliveries, out of stock updates, supplier service level reporting, analysis and communications. Acting as the point of contact for all Private Label supply chain requirements, working with internal functions and external vendors to understand and propose sustainable processes and measures Working with API Private Label and Category teams on clear and measurable action plans to address supply issues and compliance to API processes/policies. Engaging with the Private Label and API DC teams regarding the onboarding of new/converting Direct to Store to DC Private Label Suppliers to API Deliver Private Label supply chain stream reporting into Supply Chain Partner Engagement team Developing and maintaining process documentation for the role, including policies, SLA's, process flow mapping and SOP's Continually challenging the status quo and remaining competitive.
