With extensive experience working for clients in remote areas and a deep body of knowledge gained from its diverse multidisciplinary team, IMC understands the specific challenges that constructing and delivering for its Western Australian clients presents.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Aquisition Specialist to commence within our Human Resources Department on a permanent full-time basis. Based at our corporate head office located in Bayswater, the Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist is a valued member of a cohesive broader team, being integral to supporting our portfolio of mining and civil projects across the business.

Reporting to the Recruitment Principle your role is to deliver efficient and effective end to end recruitment services consisting of advertising, sourcing, selection and pre-employment assessments. This also includes providing recruitment advice and selection recommendations for managers ensuring compliance to policies and values.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:  Creating and maintaining talent pipelines for volume, business critical and hard to fill rolesSource applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networksCompile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and referencesExperience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsExperience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesProviding coaching and advice to managers around designing tailored interview guides and conducting interviews.Partner closely with principal recruitment to understand business needs, workforce planning, and ensure alignment with the company's goalsAbout you: Experience in a similar role.Proven professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive information.Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records/registers.Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.Current driver's licenceAbility to complete a pre-employment medical including drug screenProvide a current police clearanceIf you are ready to take the step into a rewarding career within an organisation experiencing a substantial period of growth - we would love to hear from you!
