In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all sales systems support in the Australian & New Zealand regions. From CRM to CPQ and everything in between, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our sales team has the tools they need to succeed. You'll conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights into sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.

What You Will Do:  Identify and address weak points in sales processes to enhance efficiency.

 Crunch numbers and compile accurate statistics to inform decision-making.

 Dive into CRM data to extract valuable insights and generate actionable reports.

 Maintain up-to-date customer records and generate sales reports using cutting-edge software. Champion process improvement initiatives to drive continuous innovation.

 Juggle multiple stakeholders' demands with finesse, always putting the customer first.

To be successful in this role you will have:  3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

 A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking.

 Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

 Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.

 Experience in administration support and a keen eye for detail.

 Familiarity with SAP and FMCG industry practices is a plus.

 Strong understanding of sales processes and tools, particularly in SAP.
