The role: 2 x Client Onboarding Analyst (KYC) vacancies available12-month fixed term contractHybrid work environment (2 days per week in Sydney CBD office)Top Role Accountabilities: Deliver professional and quality service to Rabobank Group clients and staffOn-boarding, Set-up and Maintenance of Client Static information for Rabobank customersReview AML/KYC submissions to ensure accurate completion/ submissions and the Banks Regulatory Obligations - including but not limited to the AML/CTF ActComplete PEP and Sanctioned Screening requirementsProactively interact with relationship management teams, compliance and internal teams to update system with information through the AML on boarding lifecycle (CDD and EDD as applicable) through to approval of KYC/AML recordsUndertake activities to assist the bank in complying with FATCA obligations to identify and report on clients who have a US tax obligationFor clients with derivative facilities, confirm all relevant documentation required under various derivative legislation, DFA, AMIR, ASIC etc Is included / completed with on-boarding documentationWhat you will bring to the role: 2 years + experience in KYC/AML client on boarding, compliance or riskSound knowledge of regulatory areas such as Code of Banking Practice, AML, CTF,PEP and FATCAExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailCustomer service orientedAbility to develop good working relationships with stakeholders and team membersAbility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesTo be successful you will have: Minimum of 1 years' experience in KYC/AML client onboarding highly regardedCustomer-service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of regulatory areas such as Code of Banking Practice, AML, CTF,PEP and FATCA highly regardedAbility to analyse complex structures to determine risk exposure and applicable KYC/AML requirementsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to develop good working relationships with stakeholders and team membersRabobank Australia has recently been awarded 18th place in LinkedIn's Top Companies 2023: The 25 best workplaces to grow your career in Australia.
