An exciting opportunity to join the NSW Corporate team at Ray White has become available. Based in Sydney, working with the current Property Management Business Development Executive, this role will support the growth of our PM businesses in NSW, ensuring their activities align with the state team and the broader national team.

Objectives of this role The Property Management Specialist will work directly with the Property Management Business Development Executive and NSW CEO in supporting the growth of our Property Management businesses in NSW and will ensure their activities are aligned with the ambitions and strategy of the state team. The Property Management Specialist will work closely with the National Operations Manager - PM and property management team members across all markets on national programs including PM pulse, recognition, reporting, training and development for the property management network and growth.

What you'll do: Property Management Training and DevelopmentDevelop and deliver property management training to property managers throughout the network, educating them on our identified strategies and beliefsAssistance with the delivery of face-to-face training at state-based eventsOnline national training and consultancy for property management businesses working closely with other state team membersAssist with driving high network attendance and participation in all training sessions and eventsAssist with the development of all training resources in line with our identified strategiesProperty Management ConsultancyWorking with business leaders and property managers in the groupDelivery of changed business behaviour in property management businessesVisit agencies and spend time with the principal and team members to assess their needs and opportunities for improved outcomesSupport and monitor each agency to develop and implement its business plan and action plansMentor an agency principal to understand their business opportunity and realize their ambitions.Guide each agency to the relevant resources to assist in their agencySupport principals to fully utilize the existing resources they have in their agenciesManage principal expectationsIdentification and Management of 'at risk' clientsIdentify clients that are "at risk" - particularly clients that are not likely to achieve the desired changeMonitor the activity of agencies (and their staff) in the adoption of our resourcesResource Development and Market AwarenessIdentify areas and ideas that can be better developed and shared across the teamReview legislation updates and provide resources to the network to support them through these changesContribute to the development of the collective intellectual property of the team and the resources offered to our clientsMaintain an awareness of current topics of interest to our clientsWho you are: Have a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenseMinimum of 5 years experience in property managementAbility to deliver a positive customer service experienceAbility to deliver business planning and coachingFacilitating training and development via virtual and face-to-face trainingDetail and Process-orientedAbility to have challenging conversationsAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to build client rapport quicklyDisciplined, well-presented and performance-orientedOur benefits: Paid parental leave including 12 weeks top-up benefits + option of 1 month full pay, or superannuation contributionAccess to Ray White's internal Wellbeing programAccess to discounts and partnerships e.g. travel, fitnessEmployee referral program
