What does the job look like? Linfox Intermodal is looking for a passionate and dedicated Operations Supervisor who shares our vision of operational excellence and can ensure we continue to provide our customers confidence and supply chain reliability. This role can be based in either Chullora NSW, Laverton VIC or Archerfield QLD. This is an opportunity for an established supply chain professional to develop their career in a role that is responsible for transport operations, driver management, road compliance plus operational and customer service performance. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday from 7pm to 5am. Key areas:

Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, chain of responsibility and compliance with licensing protocolsProvide transport operational oversight, ensuring appropriate operational KPI's are developed and achieved so that service delivery meets contractual requirementsIdentifying, evaluating and addressing transport risks focused on continuous improvement and innovationEffective management and development of direct reports and operational teamsPartnership approach to customer relationships facilitating organic growthEnsure that the systems and resources available are fully utilised to provide confidence to our customersAre you the one? Excellent stakeholder engagement with an ability to build strong relationshipsExperience managing driver workforce rostering, fatigue and CoR requirementsAbility to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teamsUnderstanding of financial drivers, cost control and operational budgetingStrong work ethic with a passion for transport/logistics and commitment to continuous improvementAt Linfox, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
