Work on minor works projects across Commercial Buildings Are you a recent Graduate or Project Coordinator looking to step into a Client-Side Project Manager role? Eager to work on fast moving projects across Commercial Assets?
This is a Project Manager role with a Client-Side organisation, working on multiple minor works projects across Commercial Assets including Schools and Office complexes.
Key Responsibilities Managing key areas of the projects including programming, documentation, contract management and subcontractor management.Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in consultation on the projectCoordinating on-site works and a presence is required on-site to oversee progression. Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Ensure the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover.About you
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following skills & experience.
