Your new role

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager - Project Guardian, the Change Manager is responsible for providing and delivering change management expertise in support of the Fund's service model transformation program.

The Change Manager will play a key role in facilitating and driving change transition. They will be responsible for activities such as change analysis, change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and adoption tracking for change initiatives, ensuring that projects realise their expected benefits. The Change Manager will also play a key role in ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund's culture and values.

This role will involve liaising at all levels across the Fund, as well as with external partners, to analyse and effectively develop, deliver and embed change management solutions in line with the Fund's business objectives.

This role will also contribute to the continuous development of the Enterprise Change function, associated approaches, practices tools and a broader organisational change capability uplift.

Some key responsibilities but not limited to; Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage the staff impacts and other impacts caused by the change initiatives.Develop a change management plan based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the stakeholders being impacted by the change.Identify potential staff and other stakeholder risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand format.Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - ie communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.Support the execution of plans by people leaders and business leaders.Identify post implementation adoption challenges, and develop and implement corrective actions.Where required oversee (via a dotted line relationship) the activities of other project resources in the delivery of activities relating to change plan for which they are accountable. (ie Change analyst, Communications specialist, Learning consultant) What you'll need Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologiesSignificant change management experience (ie 5+ years)A deep understanding of how people go through a change and the change processFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleExperience with customer service transformation initiativesExceptional communication skills - both written and verbalAble to work effectively at all levels in an organisation, and with external delivery partnersStrong analytic and decision-making skillsMust be a team player and able to work with and through othersAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
