What this opportunity involves: The Community Manager will be part of the new Melbourne Office Workplace Experience Community and is responsible for leading the team in forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience.

You will be a key player in the implementation of all internal and external communication strategies and events management to drive a purposeful fusion of life and work, based on authentic human experiences.

An Overview of the role: Create a fun an impactful engagement strategy for all guests, employees and key stakeholdersEmbed a culture of empowerment, engagement and fulfilment amongst the wider Facilities teamUtilise data analytics to develop client support and feedbackShare regular event and celebration content through internal communications as well as through external methodsChampion monthly meetings with stakeholders to enhance meaningful relationshipsOrganise facilities and manage all event details such as décor, catering, entertainment, transport, invitees, equipment and promotionsProvide outstanding customer service and organise memorable events which exceed client expectationsDrive the wider campus team to achieve all KPI's as set out in the account planEnsure the team is well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systemsSounds like you?
