Our team in Melbourne currently has an opening for a Account Manager Internal (Adblue) YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for managing aportfolio of assigned customers, improving and developing existing customerrelationships as well as identifying and actively seeking new product and salesgrowth opportunities

Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers (existing and new), develop existing and new products and create market opportunities and new sales leads via various digital channels (frequency directed by Manager)Increase GP and product portfolio by initiating opportunities to drive cross-selling / range-sell / value-based pricingIdentify high potential accounts and determine strategies for converting prospectsFollowing sales protocols and procedures, generate new leads and improve/increase conversion rates and sales interactionsRaise customer awareness by assisting in determining the right products for the customer's needs and raising customer awareness of product options / opportunitiesPrepare accurate quotes and liaise with customers to report statusArrange orders ensuring documentation is accurate and completed in a timely and professional manner and documented in CRM (including the opportunity pipeline)Co-ordinate and place purchase orders with selected suppliers based on customer requirementsPrepare CRM reports relating to customers in a format / timing specified by ManagerCreate, monitor, and update opportunities and potentials in CRMUndertake forecasting and prepare budgets by product and customerReview reports and action as required to ensure customers receive the correct quantity of product, at the right time and in the right location to meet budgeted, contracted, and forecast requirementsReport on any information relevant to the liquidity of a customer to identify and limit any possible exposure to Brenntag of any debtsSeek prompt paymentof debtors and address problem accounts when necessaryYOUR PROFILETertiary qualified in an industry related discipline (science/chemistry)Recent graduate looking to develop commercial/ sales skills in a science-based roleRecent experience in technical sales environment with demonstrated technical ability desirable but not essentialExperiencein distribution, chemical or other similar industry desirable but not essentialOUR OFFEROur culture is driven by our valuesof Care, Trust, Clarity, Excellence and Safety.
