We are a small CBD cafe restaurant, that is rapidly growing and is looking to grow our team to keep up.

We are on the hunt for experienced and qualified F&B Supervisors with at least two years behind them, you must know your way around a venue and be able to hold down a busy shift solo.

In exchange we offer award rates, including penalties - meaning you get paid for every hour your at work! Set Roster, no split shifts, no late nights and the opportunity to be part of an amazing growing and fun team.

Job DescriptionWelcome to Jak+HillReporting to the F&B Operations Manager, you'll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day you'll strive to:

Efficiently manage a shift, maintaining high service standards and profitability.Maintain food and beverage standard operating procedures.Ensure compliance with OHS, liquor license and implement responsible service practices.Operate the point of sale system andmanage stock controlHandle any escalated guest complaints and conclude with a positive resolution.What you will bring Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.Must have First Aid Certificate.Experience in running or overseeing an busy F&B ShiftProof of working rights in Australia.A positive ownership mindset & integrity.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Fit to perform manual handling tasks.Food handling and safety knowledge. Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, so we're looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset.

The successful person must have:

Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)First Aid Certificate (or be able to obtain before starting)Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate(or be able to obtain before starting)Flexibility to work at variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays on rotation with other team members (although no overnight shifts required)Ability to work as a team & also independently#J-18808-Ljbffr
