The Opportunity Join us in a key leadership role as the State ICT Operations Manager! As we continue to grow and transform, we are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our state's ICT operations.

This pivotal position requires a unique combination of skills, including exceptional stakeholder management, proven project management prowess, and a talent for leading and developing teams. Alongside your comprehensive technical expertise, you will bring a deep understanding of ICT systems and infrastructure. Key responsibilities: Lead an ICT team dedicated to supporting business operations within the state/region.

Manage workforce planning, performance management, and resource planning within the region.

Ensure effective project management for all site mobilizations, relocations, and demobilizations.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized technical documentation.

Maintain budgets and optimize expenses to achieve financial efficiency within the region.

Oversee day-to-day operations of ICT services within the state/region.

Evaluate and enhance operational and financial performance.

Required Skills and Competencies Extensive ICT support experience in a complex and multi-site organization.

Experience in senior or managerial ICT role.

Proficiency in planning and budgeting within an ICT context.

Successful track record in project management within an organizational setting.

Extensive knowledge of wide area networks, network architecture, and expertise in ICT service level management.
