What you'll be doing: The Senior Analyst, Transformation will be responsible for providing key insights into transformation opportunities across Virgin Australia. Working with the transformation team to lead the company transformation program, and ideation of strategic, innovative, and cross functional projects.
Lead advanced analytics efforts across relevant functions to uncover underlying drivers and generate critical insightsTransform analytical outputs into actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making and consequently drive business performanceAnalyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, utilizing multiple analytical toolsParticipate in the analysis and documentation of strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with solution design, delivery, or development.Cultivate a data-driven culture by employing data and analytical approaches in decision-making processesYou'll be great in this role if you have: Experience in strategy or management consultingAbility to translate complex business questions into analysis to support decision makingAnalyse large datasets to generate actionable insightsExperience in preparing presentations for CEO/Board-level audiencesExceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas both in written and oral formatsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or other relevant analytical toolsAirline or travel industry experienceExperience in financial revenue forecastingB2B or B2B2C experienceWhat you'll get from us: We're committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry - including (but not limited to):
