Job DescriptionWhat Awaits You… The Learning Content Developer will craft captivating and dynamic learning materials that adhere to our Learning & Development framework. Collaborating closely with the Learning Experience Designer and subject matter experts, they'll ensure the quality and efficacy of the learning content.

Here's what you'll be diving into every day, but limited to:

Develop a variety of learning materials, from presentations to interactive modulesCollaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracyEnsure learning materials are accessible and inclusive for all learnersUpdate existing materials as needed, ensuring version controlUtilize e-learning authoring tools and platforms effectivelyAdapt content to suit different delivery methods and formatsStay updated on new tools and technologies in the learning industryEnsure learning materials align with the specific needs of the employment services sector Desired Skills and ExperienceKey Competencies for Excellence Innovative thinker with a knack for solving problems and a fervor for learningExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesProficient at working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalDedicated to ongoing improvement and personal developmentExpertise & Qualifications Proven track record in content development and instructional writingBackground in operational employment services or leadership roles is preferredProficient in multimedia authoring tools and e-learning platformsExceptional attention to detail and quality assurance skillsStrong collaborative abilities with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related fieldWhy CoAct?
