About the Role We have 2 Permanent Part-time shift work positions available across our Maternity & Theatre departments these roles will be cross campus positions with the scope to work in multiple departments once trained. The Administration officer will provide clerical support within the context of a multidisciplinary team. You will be required to provide administration support to the wards and other hospital administrators.

As an Administration Officer you will be required to have excellent customer service skills as you are in a frontline role. The departments are extremely busy, and you will need to be proficient in the use of computer systems such as the patient Administrative Systems. Responsibilities will include the processing of admission, discharges and transfers of patients and act as a liaison person for the medical, nursing, and allied health staff. This role requires excellent time management skills, and you will need to be able to multitask. You will need to approach your work with a friendly, positive and I can do attitude. On the job training will be supplied.

The successful applicants will need to have the flexibility to be able to work a rotating 7 day a week roster across mornings and afternoons shifts. Employment Type: 2 permanent part-time roles 20 hours per week multiply shifts.
