Collaborating with service & parts at Westar Trucks, Derrimut, you'll process warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and submissions

09th April, 2024 An excellent opportunity exists at Westar Trucks in Derrimut for a highly motivated individual to join our Service Department team. Ideally, you'll have experience in a dealership warranty in either heavy or light vehicles. 

 

Responsibilities: Manage and process warranty claims for all vehicles sold by the dealershipReview and verify warranty documentation for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of warranty claimsMaintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentationCommunicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim statusCollaborate with the service department to ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of warranty-related issuesStay up to date with warranty guidelines and requirements from manufacturers 09th April, 2024 An excellent opportunity exists at Westar Trucks in Derrimut for a highly motivated individual to join our Service Department team.
