Support Workers need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. We'd like a team of support workers to build a social rapport with our clients, ensuring their needs are met emotionally as well as physically. You will thrive off building your clients capacity, supporting them to live the way they want to!

In addition to our values, our support staff require:
6-12 months minimum experience as a Support WorkerRelevant qualificationManual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)NDIS Worker Check (Yellow Card)Current First Aid & CPR CertificateDriver's License & own vehicle with comprehensive insuranceIf you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
