We are seeking a dynamic & experienced RegisteredNurse to join our team at Bethanie Como (99 bed) facilitylocated in Como.
This role is currently available on a permanent parttime basis, 18.5 hours a week. The work pattern is:
Week 1: Tuesday: 2:45pm - 10:45pm
Saturday: 6:45am - 3:15pm
Sunday: 6:45am - 3:15pm
Week 2: Tuesday: 2:45pm - 10:45pm

About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the FacilityManager and Clinical Nurse to provide clinical care and casemanagement. Supervision, direction, support and leadership ofnursing and care/support staff will also be required.
Takes immediate action to ensure nursing care is deliveredin a safe and effective manner, providing direction to EnrolledNurses and Care WorkersEnsures care plan changes reflect any change of aresident's conditionMaintains an effective referral system to senior nursingstaff, medical staff and/or allied health staffEnsures that clinical records reflect care, in line withall accreditation standards and legislative requirementsAll Registered Nurses that commence at Bethanie will participatein our RN Mentorship Program. The purpose of the program is tosupport your onboarding experience and help you transition intolife at Bethanie.
About You: Currently registered with the Australian HealthPractitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a RegisteredNurseRelevant clinical experience in an aged care environmentwould be an advantageAbility to work independently and professionallyAbility to motivate staff and promote a positive workenvironmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to obtain NDIS ClearanceWillingness to obtain National Police ClearanceWillingness to obtain any relevant vaccinations required- 3x covid and annual fluWorking with Bethanie At Bethanie we are committed to being an employer of choice bycreating a supportive and compassionate environment for our people,customers and residents.
