The role: The Registered Nurse - Community:

Consistent with ongoing experience strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals within the defined community practice area. Launceston Community Nursing: Is a proactive service providing care to clients in the community and clinic setting Predominantly caring for clients with wound, continence and palliative care needs Using a wellness and reablement approach to assist clients to live in the community and have their health needs met Details of Appointment Fixed term, casual, day workerposition workingas and when required, commencing from as soon as possible for a two year period.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary:$75,902 - $102,908per annum pro rata. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

Access to the Grade 4 salary range $96,558 - $102,908 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4 Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023 and Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Interim Agreement 2013 Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse

Current Driver's Licence
